The price includes:

• 30% discount on accommodation;
• guaranteed internet;
• access to Kids Club;
• access to the SPA complex with a discount of 15%.

Optional:

• Meals: breakfast and lunch/dinner from a special menu.

Conditions:

• booking from 1 to 4 cottages;
• stay from 14 days;
• advance payment for at least 14 days of stay;
• in case of early departure, the cost is calculated at the standard rate;
• if cancelled less than 14 days in advance, the payment is not refunded;
• Cleaning - once every 3 days.

Flexible Long Stay

A format for long-term stays with the ability to independently plan the use of booked nights.

The price includes:

• individual discount on accommodation*;
• guaranteed internet;
• access to the SPA complex with a discount of 15%.

Optional:

• Meals: breakfast and lunch/dinner from a special menu.

Conditions:

• package from 30 nights;
• nights can be used during the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.04.2026, except during periods of high demand;
• during periods of high demand, additional nights can be purchased on general terms;
• booking from 5 cottages;
• stay from 30 days;
• advance payment for at least 30 days of stay;
• in case of early departure, the cost is calculated at the standard rate;
  if cancelled less than 14 days in advance, the payment is not refunded;
• advance booking is required;
• Cleaning - once every 3 days.

Corporate Shelter / Team Relocation Package

A format for teams planning a long-term stay, relocation, or organization of a remote office in the Carpathians.

The price includes:

• individual discount on accommodation*;
• guaranteed internet;
• access to the SPA complex with a discount of 15%;
• a separate conference room or cottage for a closed office just for your team.

Optional:

• Meals: breakfast and lunch/dinner from a special menu.

Conditions:

• accommodation from 30 nights continuously;
• booking from 5 cottages;
• advance payment for at least 30 days of stay;
• in case of early departure, the cost is calculated at the standard rate;
• if cancelled less than 14 days in advance, the payment is not refunded;
• advance booking of a conference room or a separate cottage for an office is required;
• Cleaning - once every 3 days.
