The "Relaxation and Harmony" complex is not a single procedure, but a slow route that the body takes step by step, each time sinking deeper into peace. The two and a half hours are structured so that the tension gradually disappears, rather than abruptly "turning off".

It all starts in the salt room, a quiet space where the air is saturated with microparticles of salt. A few minutes of calm breathing here, and the lungs seem to be cleansed, and the body's rhythm slows down even before the master's first touch. Next is a steaming in the hammam, the moist heat of which prepares the body for the main part.

The heart of the complex is an hour of general massage, separate work with the face and décolleté area, and a caring mask. And it all ends with tea drinking - a calm pause when you don't feel like rushing anywhere.
