Rules of stay

Check-in and check-out times at Phoenix Relax Park

To make the start of your vacation comfortable, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the check-in and check-out times in advance. Adhering to the established check-in and check-out times allows the complex team to prepare the room or cottage for occupancy in a quality manner.

Rules for guests with pets in Bukovel

Phoenix Relax Park supports pets. However, we ask guests to follow a few simple rules for staying at our hotel in Bukovel. In some cases, a deposit is required, which is returned after checking the room.

Rules for visiting SPA with children

Children may only be in the SPA under the established conditions and under adult supervision. Age restrictions may also apply to certain areas. We recommend that you check the SPA age, family hours, and other conditions before your visit.

Prohibited actions

We ask you to be quiet at night, not to violate parking rules, to be careful with the property of the complex, and to respect the personal space of other guests.
